Deposit
A deposit of £10 per person is required for bookings of six or more people and a 12.5% discretionary service charge is added to bookings of six or more people.
During December a £10 deposit per person is required to secure your booking which will be deducted from your final bill. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill.
Any deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill on the day.
Cancellation policy for group bookings
More than 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, when 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the booking, no deposit will be returned.
In both cases, we would be happy to rearrange your booking to another date, allowing you to make full use of your deposit at a more convenient time.
Special prices on holiday dates
All Fora Restaurants will offer special prices on the following holiday dates throughout the year, when only the advertised price will be available.
- Valentine’s Day
- Easter
- December
- New Year’s Eve
Returning a product
Fora Restaurants are committed to providing you with high-quality freshly cooked food and beverages. However, we do understand sometimes complains may be made. This policy sets out refunds in respect of a specific issue, at our absolute discretion: We will be happy to either refund or exchange incorrect/dissatisfied complained order or as long as you have left decent amount of food or drink. We will not be taking any responsibility if other companies / websites publish or display our menus or fail to update current menus, prices or times. We recommend all our patrons to check with the relevant restaurant before making bookings and orders.
